Green Washing is when a manufacturer, supplier or builder intentionally or unintentionally makes false, misleading or exaggerated claims about their products and the environmental benefits they may have.

Build Green Utah is leading the state in building homes for the future.

With the emphasis on Green building, renewable energy and energy efficient remodeling, it would be a great plus to add a LEED or NAHB Green Program certification to any Construction Management degree.

The square footage of a home does matter in planning of a Green Home.
